The Spring Mini Brand Portrait Sessions 2023.
Being a small business owner myself, I am aware that the term "small business" actually refers to a wide array of people, from freelancers to companies. All of whom are at various business stages, with different sized budgets, and have different photographic needs.
Regardless of where you are in your business journey though, investing in it is crucial, and having professional brand images is incredibly important for your business growth.
So when I first started Self Made and Seen, I knew I wanted to offer brand photography packages for a range of people at different business stages. And this is exactly why I decided to offer ‘Mini Brand Portrait Sessions’ periodically, with the aim that I could help even more business owners and entrepreneurs stand out and be seen, through beautiful brand images.
Last month I ran my second round of Mini Sessions across 2 days in 2 London locations. I got to work with 10 amazing professionals and small business owners. I really enjoyed getting to know them all, learning about their businesses, and of course, creating their new brand portraits. And I’m super excited to share some of the final images with you below!
So, let me introduce my Spring 2023 mini session clients…
My first day of Mini Brand Portrait Sessions took place in colourful Spitalfields, where I shot with 6 of my lovely mini session clients.
First, I shot with Jacqueline Wagner who is an artist. Jacquline used to be an illustrator but is currently transitioning into painting. She teaches kids art clubs and offers art tutoring for GCSE and A-Level students. Jacqueline particularly loves the vibrant colours of oil paint and enjoys painting still life. You can find out more about Jacqueline’s art classes at wayoverwonderful.co.uk @wayoverwonderful and also check out her painting business @Jacquelinewagnerart.
Second, was Gemma John who is a residential interior designer. Gemma provides a bespoke interior decoration service, tailored to all budgets and to suit your own personal style. Gemma’s speciality is creating cosy, practical homes with personality. Next I shot with Jane Nicholson who is a fellow photographer. Jane works mostly with families but also shoots weddings, events, and small businesses. It’s always an honour when a photographer comes to me for their brand portraits, and I loved that Jane was up for all the things I suggested during her shoot. Next up was Tiffany Hardy who is an MC, presenter, voiceover artist, and an on-camera coach. Tiff’s company V!TSOL Media stands for Variety Is The Spice Of Life and is all about helping you deliver your best. Find out more about Tiff and her business at VITSOLMedia.com and @vitsol_media.

It's been absolutely incredible working with so many inspiring entrepreneurs, freelancers, professionals, and small business owners during another successful round of my Mini Brand Portrait Sessions and I can’t wait to see how they use their new brand portraits to help their businesses grow!
So that's it for my mini sessions for the time being. I might decide to run them again in a while (keep your eyes on my social accounts for when I open up more sessions) but of course, all my signature personal brand photography packages are always available so feel free to check them out and get in touch if you would like to discuss how I can help you with your brand portraits.
Is it time to update your business portraits?
As your personal brand photographer, I’ll aim to show off your unique personality & your specific offerings in a creative way through the beautiful brand images we create together.
I also want to give you more confidence to show up for the people who need your help, so you can build a strong and recognisable personal brand.
Personal brand photography can really help you stand out, make an impact, and get seen!
