My personal brand photography process.

The first step is for you to fill out the client enquiry form so you can tell me who you are and what you need, this also helps establish if we are a good fit. I’ll then send you a link to book your Zoom consultation with me, so we can get to know each other a bit better and talk through everything you need to know before booking. Once we’ve decided on your photoshoot package and shoot date I’ll email you a contract and take a deposit to book you in.
Next, I’ll send you a creative brief questionnaire which helps me really get to know you and your business, it also helps you define what you want and need from your images. We then collaborate on a Pinterest board so we can collect inspiration and ensure we are on the same page. We also have a creative call on Zoom to really plan your shoot in detail. And on top of that, I’ll send you a photoshoot prep guide with lots of tips as well as a shoot day plan to ensure everything goes smoothly!

I always aim to make the shoot a fun experience (and by this point we’ll pretty much be besties). We’ll start with a little chat, look at your outfits and discuss the order of things. Then we’ll shoot, what I like to call, ‘working lifestyle images’ - images that show people what you do. We’ll also shoot some creative business headshots and a few b-roll video clips too. The shoot is very relaxed so please don’t get too nervous. If you are though, just let me know and I’ll try extra hard to make you feel comfortable.

I’ll send you a private online gallery of your beautifully edited images within a couple of weeks of your shoot. Once I have your approval I’ll send you a download link and you’ll then have a catalogue of engaging images to use on all of your platforms!
I want to make sure you get the most out of your new images so I’ll also send you a guide with ideas of how to get started with using them.
Once I have your go-ahead I’ll also share some of these images on social media, talking about our shoot and of course tagging your business.
About a month later I’ll send you a follow-up email to find out how you’ve been using your new images and any exciting news about your business. I’ll then write a blog post about our shoot and your business with SEO link back to your website, as well as some more social posts, tagging your accounts!
After that, please keep in touch. I love to make friends with fellow small business owners and entrepreneurs!

Business owners and entrepreneurs, this package is perfect for those of you who have some additional needs* that require a longer shoot session. You’ll end up with a wide variety of fresh images to use across your website, social platforms, and marketing materials, and due to the longer shoot time, no compromises will have to be made! This package allows time to cover all aspects of your business including working lifestyle images, creative portraits, and even more (see below). Your new images will make you look ultra-professional, showcase your personality, and bring attention to what you have to offer!
*Additional needs such as:
Those who also require a selection of b-roll video clips.
Those who also require a few product shots, flatlays, or interior detail shots.
Yoga /dance /fitness businesses who also require some great movement images as well as portraits and working lifestyle images.

‘Seasonal Personal Branding Photography’ is a 12-month brand photography package that delivers content and confidence. You’ll receive a stunning collection of carefully curated photographs throughout the year that work perfectly with your content marketing plan. And on top of that, you’ll have enough confidence to consistently show up online for your audience. Including 4 shoots across 12 months, each shoot will focus on the next quarter. We’ll look at what's coming up for you over the next 3 months, and create specific images for your upcoming content marketing that season. You’ll build a catalogue of personal brand images that support your business and ensure you keep up with the seasons and rapidly evolving online world.
